Q & A

NE555 Adjustable Delay Timer Relay Module can be configured in different modes, but for a delay relay module, it’s often used in the monostable mode (one-shot pulse mode).

When triggered, the IC generates a single pulse in this mode, and external components determine the pulse duration.

Specifications:
  • Module-based: NE555 chip.with relay.
  • LED: Red – Power, Blue – Timer.
  • Delay time: 0 ~ 10 seconds
  • Working voltage: 12 volts DC
  • Max. load: 2200W
  • Control voltage: AC 0~250V / max. 10A, DC 0~30V / max. 10A
  • Size: 68mm x 21mm

The delay time formula: T = 1.1 RC.For example: 100 uf capacitance resistance 100 k T = 1.1 * 100000 * 0.0001 = 11 seconds
